Bowls With Borders Blog Hop..........My Day!

Today is my Day!

Due to some technical difficulties (grin), I made a 'Bowl' rug for my project.   I just love it!  No tutorial.  I just made it up as I went along.

Just click on the pictures for a closeup.

My bowl is lined, and the bowl itself is open so you can add your crackers.  And there is a perfect spot for my depression glass bowl.

I love everything Regina!  Be sure and check out her webpage at Regina Grewe.  You may be the lucky guy or gal to win $25 credit to spend on her lovely patterns.
It's easyyyy!  Just leave a happy thought under comments.

I'll leave the giveaway open until August 31, and I'll pick a winner soon after that date.

Don't forget to visit the other blogs below:

August 27th

The complete list is at Carol's blog Just Let Me Quilt   Madame Samm will have her picks of the day listed at Sew We Quilt

Have fun Blog Hopping.

Many thanks to Madame Samm, Carol, and Regina for the fun hop!

Edited to announce the winner.  The winner is Betty Meissner
Congratulations Betty!

Oh, my, gosh! That is so cute--love it! Making a little pocket for your cracker (or some other little goodie) is a great idea. The colors are really nice, too. I'm so glad you hopped with us and hope that you do it again some time. :O)

Billie, as always you made a cute little something after my pattern. I just imagined stuffing a tissue into the pocket with the corners peaking out.

Give my love to Elly- she resembles my Gus, but I have 2 other felines who take up my time as well. I can't resist when they want to sit on my lap and be petted! I really enjoyed learning to paper piece. I found a book that I have had for years on paper piecing and never knew what to do with it. It had 501 blocks. Now this winter I will be able to practice.
